Energy Saving and Sustainability with York Chillers

Johnson Controls will be sharing our expertise around energy saving and sustainability initiatives featuring YORK Smart Connected Chillers and OpenBlue Enterprise Manager (OBEM). We will provide an overview of the YORK Connected Chillers that can provide data insights and recommendations to catalyze Optimization & Data Driven Maintenance for an Integrated Maintenance Contract approach.

Our Enterprise Manager (OBEM) will provide data insights on Critical Equipment. Any anomalies for Chiller Plant System, YORK Smart Connected Chiller will provide a comparative analysis for chiller performance and performance contracting.

Johnson Controls Enterprise Manager will provide FDD based on the entire Building Asset mapped. Connected equipment will provide a comparative FDD based on chiller-associated faults that are visualized from the EM. Both Enterprise Manager and YORK Connected Chillers can provide a holistic Energy and Asset reporting platform, with multiple types of standard and custom reports based on the needs of the user.
